Sick & not taking the bottle

My LO, Amelia, is all blocked up and coughing an is just miserable =(

The problem I am having is when it's bottle time, she won't take the bottle. It can take me up to 10mins to get the teat in her mouth for her to start sucking. Once she starts she's fine and will drink it as normal. How can I help her in the beginning?

Have you tried medication that will help unblock her nose and stop her from coughing that could be causing her not to want her milk.
Or have you tried waiting until she really wants her milk then hopefully she will take her milk with out any fuss.
Sorry if i've not been much help.
I'm having problems at the moment my 15 week old baby will take the bottle but she will only take 3 oz out of 6 at the moment it's driving me bad trying to figure out why she is doing this.
They sure do keep us on our toes lol

I have gone to my community nurse and chemists and there is nothing she can take cos of her age. I do wait until she's ready for her bottle.. it's the easiest way =)
