sick on purpose when eating

Ever since Riley had the viral infection when hes eating he will say get half way through what hes eating then gag then gag on every mouthful after till hes sick i dont no what to do cause after he will cry cause hes hungry!

Maybe he isnt doing it on purpose ..maybe his tummy is telling his brain hes full but he really isnt ?
