Sickness and Diarrhoea (sorry TMI)

Wondered if anyone could help. I am 10 weeks pregnant and stupidly had a hot chicken and bacon sandwich for my lunch, from a sandwich shop on my lunch at work. I have since then been sick twice and had diarrhoea, I have tummy ache but not cramps. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Just worried that It will harm my baby. I am trying to drink lots of water. thanks x

Hi i had s&d during the 2ww and a week after i got my bfp. im sure all will be fine they are well protected in there
