Sickness bug

I know atleast 5 people who iv been in contact with who have had the bug im so scared of catching it is there anything to prevent getting it other than washing hands regular? Is it air bound? I really dont want to get it ao close to labour

I think you're most at risk if you are around their actual vomit/diarrhoea. I would just keep away if you can. I had a sickness bug recently but fortunately it was gone within 48 hours and before labour. Try and keep calm... you may not get it xx
