Side effects of agnus castus?

Hi all!

Anyone here take agnus castus and experienced side effects? I've been taking it for about a week now and have noticed I've been getting some nausea - is that normal?

It seems to have worked though as AF has now arrived. Although it's brown old blood - not surprising though, it was a 61 day cycle so lining must have been quite old!!

i took it for about 3 weeks then stopped when i got ov

i didnt have any side affects im afraid hun, but it doesnt surprise me your feeling a bit sick with your old af now coming out

I don't normally feel sick when I have AF though, even when I've had longer cycles. It's definitely something I've not had before.

Perhaps it's because the dosage is quite high - I'm taking 2 x 100mg a day which is equivalent to 2,000 mg of berries. It might just be a coincidence, but AF came 6 days after I started taking it.

Bleurgh - I was ok yesterday and was ok all this morning, it's just suddenly hit me, yuck!

when i was looking to buy it, they said to take 1600mg a day if in tablet form

i brought the liquid so cant work out what mg i was on a day

my AF came after 10 days with it
