Siggy help? [Question]

How do I even get one!? I want a ticker or something, and maybe like a siggy with pictures of my pups. But I have no idea where I get one, and how to put it on!!

click the ticker of someone's that you like and it will link you to the site to create your own. then copy/paste the image code into your signature.
