Signs MMC may be coming?

I have a MMC & an ERPC booked for next week.

Thing is, I've been feeling a bit 'weird' today, a bit like a day or two before AF. That full but slightly achey down there feeling before the period pains set in, if you know what I mean.
Also my boobs have inflated a lot more in the last couple of days & today I feel mega grumpy, like PMT.
No blood yet, but I have a funny feeling I may see some soon, unless my body is playing yet more tricks on me

Not sure if these could be signs my body might be thinking of dealing with this on its own, what symptoms should I look out for?

Sorry I cant help as I was induced after my missed miscarriage @ 19 1/2wks. I just didnt want to read and run.. I hope everything goes ok, so sorry again for your loss.

I was so hoping it'd be good news for you. But I have to say, it sounds very similar to how I've been feeling. I discovered at 10+3 that baby had died at 8-9 weeks, by the size of him. I'm sill waiting for proper mc, but I've had the same gripy feeling low down as when the witch shows up, and my boobs have got sore again. Can't go by the grumpiness as my emotions are all over the place, as I'm sure are yours.

I've ended up with period type cramps, then I'll go to the loo and bleed some. Then the bleeding stops until the next cramping session. My body's just taking its time to miscarry properly...very frustrating as I'd rather just get it over with. Theyve offered d&c, but I wanted to wait and see if it happened naturally as felt very nervous about that.

I'm thinking of you hun...I really understand how you're feeling.

So sorry for your loss when i miscarried i was achey down below and at the tops of my legs and my back hurt and just when i started bleeding what i can describe as a prickly sort of cramp spread across my uterus but it wasnt agony or anything mentally yes physically no

Hi hun. This is what happened to me. My baby died at 7 weeks 2 days. I had no indication at all that this had happened, my boobs were still hurting, although I have to say from about 10 weeks, it did fade. Then went for my scan on 23 December, found out I'd had a mmc then on xmas day, I started getting cramps. Then I had some very mild brown spotting so I knew my miscarriage was starting. I had to wait until 29 December for my ERPC but the spotting kept going up until then, on and off though. Was really hoping it would hold off as I didn't want to miscarry naturally after reading what it can be like. But it did hold off. Sometimes I think when you know that you are miscarrying, your body then starts to react. Maybe not but it just seemed strange that I'd had no spotting and then 2 days after I found out, I start spotting.

I never had a mmc i a m/c at 10 weeks as i had started bleeding.

This might be a bit tmi sorry in advance but just a wee bit to let you know what may happen.

I had no pains during the day but i went to loo and wiped and there was some browny reddish blood. Then no blood till 7pm and it was smeary but bright red. After that i panicked and foned NHS 24 they booked me in for a scan next day. I had no more bleeding during the night and thought i was fine. But sadly they told me there was no heart beat and baby dies at 9 weeks. This was a tuesday and i was due for the d+c at 10am on the thursday. I had no bleeding on the wednesday. I woke up at 5am feeling like i was going to pee my self ran to the loo and then it happened. I wasnt in any pain. I foned the hospital and said what had happend. They said if i feel a temperature or i feel faint or sick go in early. After quite a bit of thick gooy and large clots type blood, the bleeding was watery. It wasnt till later that i think my body kicked in an i felt the pain. Really bad stomack cramps and still watery blood.

Im really sorry if this is to much but just incase your body was going to take a natural course before your d+c.

If your feel like your getting cramps and start bleeding i would fone your doctor. And if need be dont be afraid to fone an ambulance if you need one.

If there's any chance you could get your scan & d&c brought forward, I would def recommend it. I would hate you to go through what I have been through in the last 12 hours.

No change for me, I just feel grumpy & a bit crampy, maybe it's still my pg symptoms then?

It would have been a lot easier for me if I'd have had the scan on monday & the ERPC on tuesday, as those are the two days me & OH have off anyway, rather than us both losing money by taking time off. That's like an extra kick in the teeth to me

I've felt a bit bad about my earlier post. I'm sure that for a lot of people they prefer the natural mc...I hope I haven't made you feel worse. So sorry...forgive me, I've just had a bad time and am not thinking very straight.

I know what you mean about taking time off. I'm self employed and losing money is just like rubbing salt in the wound.

I think the placenta keeps giving you preg symptoms even when the little bean is no longer alive. Nature can be very cruel sometimes.

Lots of hugs...I hope you experience your loss with as little trauma as possible.
