Silly OT: What did you eat today?

Anything i could get my hands on...

I hate to actually think how much i have gone through and i am stil hungry!
 
Today I've had

Breakfast
Fudge porridge
with a glass of fresh Oj

Lunch
I had a cheesy pasta bake
glass of water
cup of tea

Snack
Muffin

It's 17.34
so I'm starting to think about tea not sure what yet though.
 
Today I ate ...

2 crumpets and a cup of tea

Cereal bar

Ham and coleslaw sandwich, strawberry yogurt and 2 satsumas

Packet Of crisps

Homemade cheese burger with wedges

Hmmm, not enough fruit and veg today methinks!
 
cherios and bran flakes with milk
banana
apple
yougurt x 2
salad with lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, sweetcorn, cheese, and onions (i love onions!)
burger in a bun with cheese
cashew nuts and almonds

for dinner i am having;
home made indian curry and nan bread

before i go to bed i will probs have a hot milk or some toast with butter! or left over from dinner! i always eat just before i go to bed!!!

breakfast- i had banana and coconut smoothie and 5 biscuits
snack- choc muffin
lunch- crumpets with marmite
snack- fresh pineapple and cashew nuts
dinner- tomato,mash and cheese bake.


It's like a carb fest at the moment!!
 
Breakfast: two small slices of toast with peanut butter and honey on them, and a vanilla yogurt, and a cup of tea

Snack: banana

Lunch: leftover scrambler (eggs, hashbrowns and cheese mixed together), side of strawberries and a can of cream soda pop

Snack: I have some grapes in the fridge and some cheese and crackers

Dinner: I'm thinking roast beef sandwich and veggies because I didn't have it last night, had pizza instead :)
 
Breakfast - Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk and Cereal Bar and a Coke

Snack - Handful of peanuts

Lunch - Ham and Cheese Panini and can of sliced peaches

Snack - icecream bar

Dinner - Don't know yet...but I'm hungry NOW and its only 2:40 PM!
 
Alright, my day so far...

Breakfast
Two whole grain waffles with peanut butter

Morning Snacks
Fiber One bar
Baby carrots

Lunch
Roast beef and cheddar sandwich on an onion bagel


And the plan for the rest of the day...

Afternoon Snacks
Granola bar
Mixed green salad with grape tomatoes
Banana

Dinner
??? I'm feeling lazy today so I'll probably just heat up the chicken parmesan pizza in the freezer
 
Breakfast - small bowl of porridge
Lunch - half a cheese sandwich + an apple
Dinner - jacket potato with beans and cottage cheese
snack - 2 crackers with cheese

chicken raps with bbq spice, peppers and salsa sauce

2 packets of crisps
cup of ice

probably another bottle of squash before bed (i cant stand water as it leaves horrible taste in my mouth)

i am SO bad :(

5x Strawberries

Home made Chinese stir-fry (rice, carrots, peas, chicken, egg, onion and soy sauce)

I have a chipped tooth and have to go in for a root canal on Tuesday so I can only manage soft foods right now :(

Home made dish with potatoes, mince, onions and eggs. And lots of it. As it's only me and OH, and we finished it between us.

Since dinner I've had
Half a galia melon
an orange
one chocolate truffle
more oreos (Asda had those on offer too :shrug: )

It's now 8.40pm and Im still hungry!

it's because the further you get the less you can eat at a time cause your stomach is all squished. I used to be able to eat a lot at once
