Just wondering what you should do if you think you have a sleep disorder?

I realize doctor's office lol, but I really don't want to hear things that aren't particularly useful ie: go to bed earlier, etc.

It doesn't matter how long I lay in bed, it takes me a very long time to fall asleep. HOURS (literally). Right now I've been up and out of bed 3x and it's 3:45am here, and I am JUST starting to feel a bit sleepy.

I'm not really tired during the day, I just feel kind of like a zombie, I can stay awake but I feel like I am not "living" my life really, just existing.

i would go to docs just listen to the rubbish he spouts lol then go back said tried what you said makes no differance he mite advice some more stuff just listen and in the end they will send you to sleep clinic they did it to my OH :)

good luck

I'm also suffering from sleep disorder. I cant sleep during the night. During morning I can't wake up with out a wake up call. I travel a lot and it affects my work. I try to use sleeping pills but it get worst, during the day I always felt tired when I am working. Pay your concierge with a payday loan. Learn more at: personalmoneynetwork

I suffer from postpartum insomnia. Definitely return to your doctor and tell him that you've tried his suggestions, but they're not working and you feel as if your health is suffering as a result of lack of sleep. If he doesn't take you seriously, I would get a new doctor.

I take medication and sleep so much better now!
