Sleeping aids

My husband and I are in our first cycle of TTC number one I have fibromyalgia and my ob told me to come off all my meds I've done a lot better than expected but I can't sleep. Is anyone taking a safe sleep aid? I've literally tried everything over the counter and herbal. I go back this month I just wanted a few ideas

I have difficulty sleeping sometimes myself. When I asked my Dr about it this month, she said that it's safer to not take anything at all. IDK, your doctor may have a different idea about that. I used to do twenty minutes of relaxation yoga before bed, and that always worked. I may just try that again. Good luck!
