Te weather is warming up and staying warm overnight. Our bedroom is 24.2C. Lo is in nappy and 1 tog sleep sack. What are you doing to keep your lo cool? What are they sleeping in?

Earlier she was in just a vest. Now it's a bit cooler I've put a 1 tog sleep sack on her. I may go for nappy and sleep sack tomorrow though.

I live in Oregon(US) were currently in the middle of a heatwave tomorrow being the hottest at around 100 degrees. I've been trying regulate my 10 week old daughter's temp by constantly damping her with a wet cloth. We don't have air conditioning so ay night, she sleeps in nothing but a diaper.

No ac? I'd die. I'm right below you in hell aka Las Vegas, NV. We are feeling the same heat wave but our temps are 109-111f and I keep my AC on 70 (my power bill is using my wallet as a chew toy lol ) but 110+ is norm here in mid July so we wont have much a cool down phase. We've even had heat warnings in effect all week.

LG sleeps in a diaper, onsie, and a blanket as I keep it colder inside 70f and have fans on. Usually she's actually a tad cool so I put socks in as she tends to kick covers off.

Yeah, it's awful!!!!! I feel bad for the heavily pregnant women in this heat!

It's been about 24 in our room so dd has been in a vest and a 1 tog sleeping bag. We bedshare though so when I come to bed I just take her sleeping bag off

I live in Spain, plus its the summer, plus I sleep in their nursery which is a warmer room and that makes 3 of us together, so yes its hot! I hated dropping their nightsack, and have them just in pyjamas with no cover. They have a vest under that, so I probably need to strip them down more as its getting very hot and maybe have them just in vest.

Our room is 24 C at nights just now, we have DD in either just a sleeveless vest or a vest and a 0.5 tog sleeping bag. We bedshare part of the night (she starts in the cot in her own room and I bring her into our bed when she wakes for her feed) but because the sleeping bag is so light I leave her in it.
