I don't think anyone should feel stupid for believing what "she" said, I know I did. whoever it was had obviously either done that before, or spent a lot of time researching pregnancy and taking photos from different places. for someone to be able to lie for so long and in so much detail must be so so rare, and the mods found out before it went any further. i'm just going to make sure I watermark my photos or keep them on my avatar, there's no point letting one nutter ruin the forum for us xxx

I agree with watermarking, some people are just crazy/desperate for attention, but after all this is a public forum and anyone can join, so its bound to happen, dont feel bad about it though, to feel so bad for a stranger shows how much you care, even if it ended up being a lie. I just cant believe how much she had to research and how much time she spent on here, its really pathetic.

if this happens you can take a picture of you with a peice of paper with YOUR username on it and your face, same with a picture of your baby, i had a girl on nexopia do that to me, except she copied from my flickr accont and used all my information as well.. there is nothing you can honestly.

Wow. I wonder how they found out about her!! She was a really good liar! I remember when I was in middle school I used to lie a lot and I always got caught because I couldn't keep up with them

It makes me sick that people will go through all of that just for the attention of people on the internet. And to say the hardships that she pretended to go through and have no guilty conscience about it.

If she is that desperate, she could even make a new fake account and start all over.

her story got to me because i actually had a placental abruption in july and i thought i knew the terror she was going through, so it really annoyed me how she played up a fake story like that.

i wont be posting pictures of bubs anywhere, and have told family and friends to do the same unless one of our faces is in it or something so theres proof shes mine lol

TBH I'd be quite proud if someone stole a pic of Liam and tried to call him their own.
I think it's sad that people feel the need to make up such things, most likely for attention.
But seriously, if you was going to lie to a bunch of strangers pretending you had a baby, your going to pick pics of a cute baby, right?

If you put a link in a post or a thread to there only our members can see it?
Or am i mistaken LOL
but just to add, ive never uploaded a piccy of my baby on here, not her face or anything anyway lol, as lovely as this site is, it is public and not worth taking the risk imo.
