Hi there!
I'm new to this part of the forum as I didn't diet when pregnant but now baby is here I have a lot to lose. I don't know how much I weigh or how much I have put on as of yet as we don't have scales and I haven't dared weighing myself yet. But in myself I feel like I could easily lose 3 stone.
My baby is now 8 weeks old and is a lot more content in himself so I feel like I have the time and patience to be able to cook healthy and eat properly.
So like the title says I am a Slimming World Newbie. I haven't joined a class and the price of the online subscription made me want to try it at home first but that means I don't really have a clue what I am doing.
If anyone has a list of free foods and low syn treats that would be appreciated!
