my friend who goes to the classes with me said on the slimming world website theres a part where you can keep a record of what you eat and can find out how many syns are in your food

does anyone know where it is

Hey hun.

You have to log in to be able to get the syns calculator and the food diary etc.
I wa slooking for AGES trying to find them also and didnt realise i had to sign up and log in first xx
