it's great, not really a diet more a healthier way to eat. if you can't be bothered with weighing too much and want an easy way to lose weight i'd recommend it. it doesn't suit if you like lots of junk or ready meals, i think weight watchers works better then.
i've lost 6 stones before pregnancy and 3 of them again since!! this time i am getting to target
I find it really easy. I've lost loads on it a few years ago, put it back on tho. Tried weightwatchers and couldn't get my head
round that so I started SW again and have lost a stone in the last 8 weeks - and that's without eating salad or veg!
