I have a whole book of one-pot recipes from Asda - cost £4.99. I will dig it out and post my favs

Used mine tonight for a beef stew. Onions and carrots in with stewing steak, then add a pint of beef stock and a tin of chopped tomatos. I left it on low all day when I was out and it was ready for 5pm. Added dumplings and left for another 40 mins. Tasted fab - and Seren ate loads.

these are in the other thread too

Cut up veggies fairly chunky add to pot

Divide the minced beef into golf ball sized (bite sized) pieces and roll into balls.

For the sauce.

Add the tomatoes, a splodge of tomato puree, garlic, some paprika, mixed herbs, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms to the pot and mix thoroughly.
