Slow cooker recipes?

Ooh great thread I haven't had my slow cooker out for a while as didn't really know what to make in it apart from stews and rice pudding. Think I'll get it back out tomorrow and try something new!
I'm confused though.. When you cook meat in it such a a chicken do you have to add liquid and if so how much?

If you're putting in a whole chicken add no water at all, will create its own juices, makes quite a bit

i usually put just under half a pint in & then use it to make the gravy afterwards.
or freeze it to use as a stock for a later date x

I made Lamb Hotpot today.

Lamb Leg meat
Lamb Stock
Carrots
Onion
Thyme
Rosemary
A little flour

On low for about 5/6 hours....nom nom nom.

Slice some potatoes and lay on a baking sheet, bake in oven and then use as a topping when served.

What's pulled pork?

its pork shoulder you put it in slow cooker for 8 hours then pull it apart with afork and cover in bbq sauce its really lovely
