SMEL and OPKS for the first time..

We are trying the SMEP this month as well as OPks for the first time, my cycles are usually 32-35 days, much longer this past one due to a cyst... but when should i start with the opks? I ordered 50 ic opks online that should be here in a couple days. I know the plan says cd 10 but i know i o later than that with my long cycles..
