SMEP! Anyone had success with this plan?

Has anyone tried SMEP (Sperm Meets Egg Plan)? This is our 8th cycle of trying, and today is CD1 for me. My DH and I are going to try SMEP this month and hope for the best!

SMEP Plan
BD every other day starting on CD10
Start OPKs on CD10 and take them daily until positive OPK
Once we get a positive OPK, BD on the day of the positive OPK and the next two days
Skip a day and BD again

This month I am also starting temping

Has anyone had luck with SMEP or anything similar?

Hi! I haven't tried the smep exactly (but I think I was doing it without knowing when I conceived the first time). I'm trying it this month too- I'm on CD 11 right now.

I'll be following to see how long it took ladies to get pregnancy when they tried smep!

Hi I'm currently 1dpo and attempting the smep (as work allows) you can follow my journal fx it works!
Never tried it before but heard good success rates esp after a mc
