I just wondered if any of you tried the smep and if it work for you after your mc? Thanks in advance

Yes! It worked for me on the first try after a MMC in November. I'm now a little over 7 weeks pregnant and going for my first scan this coming Monday.

Sorry I have just seen this - yes SMEP worked for us, first go! After 13 months of trying including MC. I personally think people should be shouting from the rooftops about SMEP!

Yes, it works for us. Between m/c and first period, no TTC. TTC'd like normal with charting, which got us the previous BFP, between first and second period but BFN. SMEP'd the next cycle - BFP! I hope it works for everyone else trying.

We bd'd on an odd day number (I think we started on cd9), as it was the only way to be consistent with hubby's work schedule. It worked!

We did SMEP for seven cycles with no luck. It's a good plan because it covers all of your bases, but you still have the same odds of catching the egg. I just don't want you to get your hopes up if it doesn't happen right away!

You're fine. I'd just pick up tomorrow. The whole point is to ensure that sperm are waiting when your body does release the egg. DH and I didn't follow it perfectly, but closely enough that it did the trick for us. Fx'd for you!
