Ahhh, just looked up SMEP - it's not for me. I've never been pregnant before. Bummer.

Is it no good if you've not been pregnant? If so then not for me either

I had never been pregnant when i tried it last time. Got my BFP that month as well.

My OH won't be home til CD12 and my egg might well be past it's sellby date by then, but I've googled this link for you ladies who want to try it

Not sure this would work for me, as sometimes I have ov'd as early as CD10, BUT...worth a try, less strenuous than DTD every single night too
