Hello ladies!

I am not pregnant yet but am going to try the SMEP plan this cycle along with pre-seed.

Do any of you have success stories? I'd love to hear any experience with them!

We tried smep, pre seed and fertile cm during my cycle in july and it resulted in a bfp. We had been trying since april (but short cycles of 22 days so had roughly 6 attempts in that time)
i have to say that i feel using that method is what gave me my bfp.

It is basically a method that says have lots and lots of sex. Since sex is what gets you pregnant it is likely to succeed sooner or later.
Unless you have issues with dryness I wouldn't waste the cash on the pre-seed if you are producing enough natural lubrication of your own. If not then pre-seed is obviously better than other lubricants, but if nature is supplying you well enough then you don't need it.

Me and the dh just dtd everyother day until a few days ago and I just got my bfp gl and wishing you tons of

We were ttc for 13 months, then tried smep with preseed and bam! Preggo! First time trying it. Highly recommended. Really stick to the plan. And when you start to see faint lines on your opk, test more than once a day to catch the positive.

I did smep with preseed and god preggo first month using that method!!! Enjoy it and hope you get your bfp
