If you scroll down when on the post you'll see a list on the side - check that it says 'smilies are on' and then you should see them

Oops forgot to add - if it says smilies are off you can go into user cp (in the top bar) then along the left side find edit options and check that where it has 'show mages' that there's a tick in the box and then save any changes you make. That should sort it for you xxx

You will only see smilies from the advanced reply and not quick reply). You will see a featured selection and a link for more.
