There's probably quite a lot of salt and things in those foods though, might be a bit much for a whole meal yet. But I love those kinds of foods and they're so easy to make!

I'd say when your comfy - dunno Caitlins always had a chip or 5 when we hav ethem but never as a meal. I like the idea of giving her her own dinner but not every day so Im real stuck on whats best for this stage now and variety.

Yer she has plenty of other foods like potatoes waffles sarnies rusks as snack bread butter as snack usually because she likes it when we're eatting and shes had her dinner yoggys muller rice

You can buy ready made meatballs in the meat bit - with the mince - and do a tomatoe-y sauce. Buy a little ready made one or used tinned chopped and add what you think she'd like - easy!! All done in a big pan so not too much washing up!!

or buy a bigger sauce / make more and next night boil pasta (Emily LOVED the bow shapes when she was little) and pour over the pasta and add a bit of cheese on top!

I make my own chips out of potato , dont add salt or anything , ella has them as a meal with cut up pork etc.
meatballs are great aswell! So easy to make them yourself.

Ella pretty much has exactly what we are having just a smaller portion
