So confused about missed periods

Hi, I am on the pill but haven't had a period for 2 months - except for slight spotting last month. My period should start in the next couple of days. I have done 2 pregnancy tests in the last 2 weeks and they have come back negative.

I have the pregnancy signs - nausea, fatique, stomach cramps/period pains, feeling bloated.

Could I be pregnant?

I'm so confused.
