Hi everyone, I’m really confused this morning, this is my first month back tcc after having a miscarriage in December, my af just finished yesterday, it started on Monday and was early, it was also different to my normal period which as it was light and varied from red to pink, normally it’s quite heavy and dark red. Yesterday and today iv felt really yucky and tired like how I felt at start of last pregnancy- iv tested today and it’s positive, could this be another miscarriage

This is the test I took this morning

The bleeding you experienced could be implantation spotting. When did you ovulate? The best way to know for sure what is going on is to have your doctor run quantitative hCG blood tests 2-3 days apart to see if the numbers are rising or falling. An ultrasound at this point may not show much since it is so early.

I agree. It could have been implantation bleeding since you described it as lighter and different from your usual flow. Definitely call your doctor for beta testing. I had two losses and thought I had leftover hcg from my previous pregnancy when in fact a beta test showed it was a new pregnancy. Wishing you the best!

It's also quite common for women to have light bleeding around the time AF would normally be due. Go see your doctor and get a quant test done.

I thought I had started AF when it actually turned out to be a :bfp: a week and a bit later. As the other ladies said it's probably worth getting some bloods done if you can.
Good luck. :dust:
