so happy real nappies on the line!

I know this is pointless but i have received my real nappies this morning, just washed them all and now they are hanging on the line to dry!! Pointless i know but i am soo excited that she is on her way and my neighbour has jsut commented how nice it is to see real nappies being used (she has two older daughters 31 and 29 so always used real nappies)!

I feel so proud of myself!!

well done hun, I was wanting to use real nappies, but EVERYONE i know with kids, or that have had kids REALLY put me off, so i decided not to

I will see how we get on with disposables, and if we get on well, might try and introduce them, it is something that i would love to do, but jut got seriously put off by others...

go you!! we've got loads but i haven't prepared them yet as we're going to use eco-disposables for the first 4 weeks. have you just washed them the once? it's worth reading up on proper cloth preparation (if you haven't already of course!). what kind are you using? xx

We use them and they are fab!! Good on you!

We have used Bambino Mio i love the patterned covers for them, my cousin uses them with her two boys (one is 1 and the other is potty training and she said they are so easy to use).

I am gunna give them at least another wash as it say in the instructions to wash them at least twice first before using!!

I am going to have a few disposibles around the house just in case, but will be using eco ones (any suggestions!!)

I'm glad you are happy preparing your nappies, we to have decided on real nappies but I seem to have got the addiction to buying them. Everytime I was and prepare the new nappies I end up buying more, I really must stop now, however there are 2 more I want.
