There are literally no boy names we like!! We have provisionally agreed on a girls name but we are team yellow and there's nothing we like for a boy. Good job we have ages....

We are the same. We can't come up with a single boy name that we like. Why are boy names so hard?!

I had trouble with my boy names too! We decided if we have a boy we will name him after DH, since DH is named after his dad. We're into more classic boy names rather than trendy ones. It's really hard though! Don't know what we'll do if we ever end up with two boys lol!

We were the same, we're team yellow too so need to think of names for both boys and girls! I *think* we have settled on names now, and for a boy we like Alexander. I also liked Charlie, Alfie, Frankie, James and Benjamin.

We are trying to conceive our second. I have a feeling we will have another boy and I am completely consumed by TTC and names at the moment. I don't like trendy or modern sounding names...I read and re read every name list I found! My first son is Liam...I didn't realize how tready it was getting...but that's his name. There's going to be AT LEAST one other Liam in school with him. So if I have another boy I want to name him something I know there aren't going to be others in school with him, I want him to be the only one.
The only boy names I've thought of are
Ira (brothers middle name that is passed... First Name Levi but I can't use another L name)
Sidney (I like unisex names and Sid for short is cute)
Harvey (old name no one uses!)
I'm going to name him Harvey Vincent (Vincent is after a very dear uncle that just passed at 51)

I'm the opposite I have a few boys names I like and one that I can hopefully talk oh into but absolutely no girls names. This is baby number 3 and even the names we had picked out as possible girls names for the previous 2 I don't like anymore. I'm hoping this is boy number 3 so hopefully not a problem

We had this with our first one. He didn't have a name for 3 days. I wasn't sure even when we gamed him but now I can't imagine him having any other name.

We really struggled with boy names right from the beginning. We had a long list but nothing seemed quite right. He was registered yesterday and we still didn't have a name we liked so settled on Luca.

Girls names however, we have at least 5 names that we both love. :dohh:

Boys names are so hard the only name me and my partner both sort of like is George Thomas. We literally can't find any other names we like at all! X

I was in the same boat. I had a lovely girl's name (still a shame I can't use it), but no boys names. We had tossed around a name, but we hadn't chosen one until a few minutes after my gender ultrasound. Found out we were having a boy and we were driving down the road. Passed a Russell Stover chocolate store with a sign that lights up. But, funny thing was, the entire sign had gone out except for one word - Russell.

That was the name we had been considering. It lit up the night sky and we just decided... that's it!

Maybe you'll have a similar "ah-ha" moment. :D
