So I guess I can actually start planning this properly now!

I found out I am pregnant 2 days ago! And I can finally start planning my home birth properly now! YAYY!!

Can I ask a few questions?

Did anyone write a birth plan at all? That's the only thing I really am worried about is the midwives doing something wrong, would a birth plan be used in the home? I suppose if all else failed and we had to go hospital, then the birth plan will be handy!?

i wrote a plan and the first thing my mw did was read it, i ended up transfering but as i was ready to push on arrival the hb mw was still with me and she still followed my plan, turned the lights off as it was very bright and clinical, helped me so i was leaning over the back rest of bed as i didnt want to be on my back. im just so glad i wrote it and will next time too.
