Does that mean anywhere from day 4,3,2 and 1 before you get the positive line for ovulating that you could try to get pregnant, I mean can you start trying before the 13 or 14 day of ovulation>
I am so confused with this all.

Definitely start to try around day 10 of your cycle if possible most docs recommend starting around this time, have sex at least every other day leading up to ovulation (if possible), then once you get your positive OPK, have sex as often as possible for the next 3-4 days (longer if possible) since you typically ovulate 12-48 hours after the positive OPK and then the egg lives for another 12-24 hours, but since sperm can survive for up to 5 days, you want to start before ovulation so some of the swimmers may be waiting around up there for the egg to release
