One chap asked me on my last day of work what it felt like... my responce 'imagine carrying around a 20lb bag of potatoes strapped to your stomach with no shoulder support with someone tugging on your left ball every 20 steps or so' that shut him up...

note: I was getting loads of 'lightening crotch' that day!! and was grumpy
