So nervous. Very light periods and pain during sex

I had a Pap smear last year. It did come back with an infection, bacterial vaginosis. Took antibiotics. So, for months now my periods have been unusual. Very light... In the last week I've had pain when having intercourse with my husband. Only when he goes deep, but I've never had it before. I'm supposed to be having my period right now, I'm on the pill. It's pretty much non exsistant, light dark spotting. I did Google symptoms and now I'm all freaked out I have cancer or could be sterile. I have a doctors appointment Thursday to get a gynaecologist appointment.
