Fucking hell, it doesn't rain it pours!

Today is CD8 or 9 and I am spotting. Have been since yesterday. And am in quite serious pain.

tomorrow then eh?

As if the endo, the long cycles and the stupid hormones were not enough to deal with.

That's if I even ovulated at all...and, I don't know which one is worse!

It's not the first time this has happened, either.

Oh hun, how frustrating for you. I have been takin angus cactus and B6 and my LP was 8 days and last month it was 9 days, not sure if it's a coincidence, but i'm, gonna keep going on the supps. If you havent already tried these, anything is worth a go. Good luck. XXX

Oh Daisy, I have tried everything. Every last damn thing and NOTHING has worked. For anything! I don't know what is wrong with my hormones. I don't know what is wrong with my body.

I recall saying, only a few months ago, "At least my luteal phase seems fine" - cursed myself, didn't I?

I'm sorry hun I also start spotting a few days before AF and have spotted on 8/9 DPO. It's been going on for at least a year and a half, maybe longer.

Ok so spotting doesn't mean a short LP if it did then my LP would only be 6 days. In that case hopefully ur spotting wont turn into AF for a few days, and the you will be ok. I really hope so for u hun.

Oh I know this is going to turn into AF tomorrow. I have every symptom.

Which will mean that my usual 15 day luteal phase has now reduced to 8 or 9 days. But, like I said, I don't even know for sure I ovulated, which is even worse, because I am pretty sure I didn't ovulate last month (was like a 23 day cycle, had a positive OPK on 3 different occasions yet never had EWCM) and that would make it, hmm, roughly 50% of the last 12 months that I did NOT ovulate.

God I hate this.

The truth is, I don’t know any more. I really don’t. It’s not a one off though, it’s happened before. Thinking about it now, it happens quite a bit actually. When I was ‘temping’ (did it for eight months before giving up!) I only ovulated for sure four times in that eight months. No temp shift other than that. So…it could be that I am simply not ovulating, and that I didn’t ovulate this month either. So, maybe it’s not a short luteal phase at all but an anovulatory cycle. Which one is worse, though?

The annoying thing is, the month I had my CD21 bloods done I clearly ovulated. So, really, what doctor is going to believe me when I tell them I only ovulate half of the time and have wicked long cycles for nothing at all?

I have my follow up appointment after L&D on Wednesday. What on Earth am I to say?

U must tell them about not ovulating all the time. Write every single thing u can think of down, and discuss everything. I really hope u get this sorted, i'm thinking of u babe
