I found out I'm pregnant again just 5 days ago. But it's only been 5 months since I gave birth to my sleeping daughter at 41 weeks. I can't shake the feeling that I could be on the road to another stillborn. Loosing our daughter was so difficult and, as much as I'm happy to be pregnant again, I'm just so scared of going through that again. I just wish I knew how to enjoy pregnancy again after such devastation!

Gosh I cant even imagine that I am so sorry you had to go through that. Keep your chin up. I know easier said than done. I will say a prayer for you and your rainbow baby.

I mostly just want to say I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. The miscarriage I'm currently going through was first trimester, so maybe this isn't helpful at all. But I'll just share with you the only advice that even came close to helping, as I'm terrified for next time. It was to just try to enjoy your pregnancy each day, because pregnancy really is a beautiful thing in itself. She told me to focus each day on caring for myself and obviously that is caring for the baby as well. She said try to create the nice atmosphere in your home that you will want your baby to enjoy when it is born. I guess it mostly distraction, but it's the only idea I return to. Good luck.
