I don't know what to say

It's my second pregnancy, first one was a mmc.
It should be around 6 weeks and my Hcg is only 630.
Bleeding has started and my gut is telling me this is going to happen again.

It's not fair!
And hurts so much.
I feel cheated.
Why can't it be just ok?

I'm so sorry. There isn't anything I can say to take away the hurt, but just try to take it one day at a time. I know that recurrent miscarriage isn't diagnosed until after a 3rd loss, but try to talk with your doctor about at least doing some blood work to see if there is a cause. I hope everything works out for you this time around, but just in case..
