give them a ring after about a week they will be able to tell you exactly how much you will be getting

I got my renewal pack through on Saturday and rang them to give them pay details. I asked how much I would be getting but they said they could'nt tell me I would get a notice through the post. I got an extra payment yesturday which is great but still no notice.

I think its quicker to call them.
