Hi

Anyone used these? are they easy to use (insert and takeout).
I think i am at the stage where i will give anything a go and i havent tried these, so why not.

Yes, they are similar to tampons, just in a cup form. I use them both for after TTC BD and for my AF. It's a little weird the first time to reach in there and get it out, but you get used to it

I use soft cups for ttc and they hold in all the semen really well; that means it's getting close to my cervix which is great! No leakage either.

This is my third cycle using them. My only problem is I hace IC it sort of bothers that a bit. Other then that, it pretty much feels like a bit tampon and its easy to put in and out.

Got my first BPF using them the first time in July. I've used them since and really hoping this week everything works this time. I don't think they're difficult to insert or remove, a try or two and you'll be an expert.
