 i am supposed to start provera July 29th and then clomid for the month of August. But I feel i need to get healthy. I am 5'8 and 260 lbs. I so want to get pregnant but I feel that its not fair to my unborn child for me to be unhealthy. Plus losing some weight would mean a cute pregnant belly:flower:. I just have been racking my brain not really knowing which way to go:shrug:. I told myself that by the time I am 32 if I haven't conceived a child or at least started adoption then I'm done:cry::cry:. I just cant live my whole life in depression, sadness, and just hate. So just looking for some of you ladies to give me your two cents all is appreciated.

Hiya hopeful
Please don't give up hope or ttc. I know it's a tough road but moving your attention to focus on losing weight & getting healthy is definitely the way to go. Have you thought about joining a weight loss group like slimming world or weight watchers?
Build up the amount of walking you are doing for staters. You'll get ideas in the health & diet thread in B&B. good luck

Hi there, I understand how you are feeling. My friend and I have been discussing her weight problem lately. She is larger then she would like to be. Her partner is the same atm but is trying to lose weight (no help to hes medical problems atm due to him being over weight also it makes it harder to concieve :( I am unsure how much I weigh but I am a size 10 after losing over 40 kilos from the age of 14 until now. Even though I am not too far over weight I am still unhealthy considering. I can barely walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. I have been looking into trying clomid also since I am now 20 and have been trying to fall pregnant since my miscarriage at 14. I have had 3 long term partners since I started dating and still to today I have not been able to make it through the forst few weeks of conceiving and it is breaking my partners heart as he is 27 now and I desperately want to make him a daddy before hes 30. Anyways, if you would like to have a further chat then pm me and we'll talk more.
