Some of my DIY stuff *12days to go*

Here's a few pics of my stuff i've been working on for the big day...

Cupcake boxes.. handmade with personalised labels (these are for dessert)

Hand made pen with artificial flower from charity shop, 20p - for guest book and signing of register..

My up - to date bouquet.. i've finally finished it lol..

and a ROUGH draft of my tables... we're having wine glasses though not tumblers.. and the love hearts are not staying in the packets... and u can't see the flowers in the vase lol...

The pen is my best achievement lol i just shoved a biro up the flower HA. and tied a ribbon on it.. great cos it goes with the colour theme.. as for the tables.. you can't really see it, but there are ivory napkins on each plate which are personalised with our names on in gold writing - also a handmade scroll with burgundy feather with a thank you poem on there.. gems and petals, love hearts in the favour bags, and then the flowers which have randomly been chopped off the pic.. im having deep red roses with ivory, and artificial burgundy reeds flowing through the top


These are my BM dresses https://www.sexyher.co.uk/product-ED8821-174.html (a bit different I know) They will be carrying silver fans and wearing silver diamante shoes. I'm having a birdcage veil.. so im going for a vintage type theme! trying to anyway! lol

Took me a couple days.. I kept changing what I wanted lol... but I love them.. it cost me £8 to make them so i'm happy with that... and yeah I know not too many people do... I'm in bridezilla mode though.. soooo many last minute things to sort out sometimes I forget to just shut it haha... but no its cool and thankyou! Are you having real flowers? x

I was planning on having real at first but after seeing the prices and how good artificial ones are I think we'll probably have artificial - although my oh said he might be able to get real from the wholesalers - i'll probably win

£8 for the lot!! Wow thats fab! Dont think i could have the patience!

LOL the bride ALWAYS wins! - Im definitely having real flowers at my reception... but I couldnt justify spending £60 on a bridal bouquet that I made look the same.. lol. In some cases though, real ones are actually CHEAPER than artificial.. it suprises me lol.. I'm at the stage where I can't actually wait for it to be over lolol

Thank You - Just saw your ticker... 11 months will FLY by and you'll WISH you had more time!! lol I've got 11 days to go now and I totally remember when I had over a year.. I don't know where its all gone! - What are your colours?

Lol so I noticed. I think I was on the Brideszilla horse that day anyway - But I'm actually starting to get excited now... woo hoo - And I think its good (if you can get the time) to do something yourself.. I felt SO good afterwards.. even though I was majorly annoyed putting it all together.. and taking it apart.. then together ... u get the drift lol

The only thing im really "doing" myself is setting the hall up for the evening reception, but i wont be doing that until the day before the wedding

Ive also got some personalised party/gift bags to make up for the children coming, ive gotten toys/gifts speficially for each child

So have I! lol - Well.. I went into the pound shop haha, I got some of the boys a spiderman colouring set, and the girls some princess and the frog sticker books, and also got some bride and groom lollipop's from ebay, wrapped them in burgundy and ivory tissue paper and stuck stars and sequins all over them LOLOL I'm so nerdy. They're gonna be at the table when they sit down so they can have a nice suprise.. didn't want them to get bored out of their brains.

Thanks, I'm glad someone likes them! one of my BM's were moaning saying its a rubbish dress lolol.. needless to say.. i just told her to shut up hahaha

Aww those are gorgeous hun you are really talented. I made my own invites and thats all I'm doing as I got sooo stressed out putting them together lol. Felt proud of myself once they were done. Might try and make my own cake but am hoping we have enough left over in our budget to get someone to make one for us x
