I was bored so decided to go out for a bit of a walk. Well about 30mins into the walk it started raining luckly i had a rain coat on me, about 10/15 mins later as i was on the way home wanted to get out of the rain. I saw a man pushing a buggy down the road, in there was a baby who couldnt have been more than about a month old. And he didnt have a rain cover on the buggy and the poor baby and all its blankets were soaked
Poor little baby, i really felt like saying something to him.

Poor baby s/he must have been miserable being soaked and babys so young cant regulate there temperature i hope s/he doesnt catch a cold.

Im guessing most people would just not him.
And its been raining on and off all day as well which is what makes it even more suprising, if its been raining on and off alday surely you realise theres a high chance is could start again?
