How do you get an accurate FHR?

Every time i listen in on bubs the number on the screen changes constantly! I am 100% sure that its baby i'm hearing as there is just no other sound like it :cloud9: It seems to range from 130-150 on the screen but its never a steady number.

Any tips, or is this just how this doppler is?

:flower:

The same thing happens to me so I'm not much help but will stalk your thread lol. Baby girls heartbeat is 170-188 when in the office but I only got sonoline b to get that reading once for a quick second. Usually it says 130 or so which is lower than baby girl's for sure.

If you count the beats yourself for 15 seconds then multiply that by 4 :D that's more accurate than the Doppler as the Doppler picks other things up in the background :D happy counting!

Holy crap thats 176bpm (i recorded using the doppler)! That's one healthy little HB going on in there x
