sons 1st dentis vistit

hello my 3 yr old son is going to the dentis today and just wanted to know, he needs 4 back teeth filling and i know he wont let them do it as he gets bordvery easy. do they keep kids wake for this or put them to sllep thank you.
p.s i think iam more scaerd for him he cant wait lol
