Help!!! I am so broody at the mo everytime I see a new baby I get a massive urge to try again. Deep down I know we should wait a couple of years till we have done a few things we want to do and enjoy my lo on her own for a bit. But seeing lots of ppl I was pregnant with last time pregnant again I feel slightly envious and very excited for them. Does anyone else feel like this? It doesn't help that my dh would really like another now and keeps asking lol

I feel like this, have done for weeks haha, we aren't trying til Jayden is 1 though :) xx

My LO is 7 months, I went back on the pill straight after she was born and have feel so broody I've decided to stop taking it. I'd love a baby this time next year.
Originally we thought we'd wait a few years but we're so excited about extending our family more

So are you ntnp? All the best with it anyway.

I'm just so torn. I haven't been bk at work for too long so feel like working a bit first but then I look at my lo and think about how happy she makes me and can't wait to do it all again and give her a little brother or sister

I'm feeling this too... I keep thinking back to this time last year when I was pregnant and really wishing I could go through it all again! My DH is determined to wait until LO is 4... I'm pretty sure he's going to have to come to a compromise on that one though!!!

I'm hoping to try again next summer time, but we'll see.

I knew it was something like that.
Yes I'm not trying and not preventing. I can't believe how broody I am. Before I had my LO I'd never changed a dirty nappy and ran at the sight of snot and sick. Oh how things change. I love being a mum so much.

I'm so broody, it's all I can think about.... I feel guilty, because Ted is so perfect, and part of me feels like he should have as much time as possible with us, but half of me knows I'm 31 this year, and I want to have done pregnancy by the time I'm 35, and if we want three...
I'm in the 2ww atm, due to getting a little carried away, lol, and we've decided that we'll be so disappointed if AF arrives that we're NTNP from now...
xx

Yes, I am a bit broody - just a bit!

I am turning 34 so not got a lot of time! We are thinking of when Anna turns 1 so not too long away.

Good luck everyone! :flower:

LOL, I felt like that when LO was 2 months old. We spoke about it and agreed to start TTC again in April, which is when LO turns 1.

We're TTC now  I guess it got too much, and we couldn't wait any longer.

I wish Hubs would agree to it! He's not even up for considering it just yet. Last night he even said "I had a dream you got pregnant again already....we REALLY don't need that yet" :(

Hahahah! I know the feeling. Im seriously considering trying for baby number 2. Ideally i'd like an autumn/winter baby so i think i might leave it till Jan. Cant believe im even considering it really, i moan enough as it is about how tired i am all the time, and i HATED the last month of pregnancy!

It's very normal in the first year when your hormones are still all over the place. I found the feeling evaporated when I was dealing with a toddler going through the terrible twos!

glad I am not the only one. Some days i find my broodiness a lot less than others. I think realistically we will wait till LO is either 2-2 1/2 if I can keep saying no to my DH for that long

I know how you feel! I am 33 and Lexi is 8 months tomorrow and I just can't wait to get pregnant again (against all logic, lol). :dohh: If circumstances are right we will also start trying when Lexi turns 1 year old.

Mee! I can't wait to have another one x

Does anyone else think that our bodies are trying to make us want babies quickly? A hormonal thing?

Like how you tend to "forget" (so to speak) how bad labour is, and even pregnancy. And a thread the other day was talking about not really remembering how tough the early days are.

:haha: I will crack you soon, I need a preggo buddy, sometime next year ok? :D x
