Sore breasts

Hi my husband and I are trying to conceive and we had sex last week and starting yesterday I feel breast pain, soreness all over. I’m not sure if it’s pre pregnancy pain or pre cycle pain since I start the first week of Jan. But I don’t ever get breast pain 12 days before my period. But I am experiencing soreness, tenderness that is noticeable. Not sure if I should wait it out to see if I get my period the first week of Jan then test. I could use some advice please! Not sure what’s going on

Forgot To add that my breast pain is much more sore and profound today.
