Sore Cramping Pains

Just wonder if any of you are having sore cramping pains??

I had cramping pains yesterday, they were so sore I had to sit down

Any advise will help xxxxxxxx

hi. i had really bad stomach cramps in the first few weeks of my pregnancy. they were really bad i had to bend over lol! have a warm bath and take some paracetomol.

Cramping is totally normal. It is just your uterus stretching out to make room for the baby. I also have noticed I seem to cramp more when my baby books talk about the baby growing a lot in that week. This week I have been cramping everyday, and I know that the next two weeks are big growth weeks for the baby.

Period pains, back ache, cramps ...

All horrid but all normal!

Any pain that accomapnied by bleeding should be seen straigh away any severe pain that doesn't pass should be seen too by servere I mean pain that will make you curl in a ball crying. I had very bad pains once and went to bed i think it was my bowels this part isn't nice too if you get a bad dose of that feeling lol
