Sore hips.

I'm 10 weeks today and I've noticed, especially since yesterday, my hips are so sore and achey.

Is this normal? Anyone else getting this?

Oh my goodness yes I am having trouble sleeping at night! I've tried having dh massage them, I've tried various stretches, and I've tried different sleeping positions. Nothing is working so far. I do wonder if the bruising fall i took sat night has something to do with this though.

My hips have been killing me. It was especially painful yesterday along with the pelvic pains I'm getting. I assume my uterus is stretching and shifting positions right now...

I had it almost immediately after finding out it has since died down but have been told I may have trouble with it in the rest of my pregnancy xx

I'm sorry to tell you guys.. But for me the pain only progress throughout the pregnancy.

What helped me in my first pregnancy was an exercise ball.
