sore nipples upon wakening.. & the flu in early pregnancy..

So these are practically the two symptoms i have right now. I notice that when i wake up from sleeping my nipples hurt and r sensitive even if i dont touch them.. they feel like heavy/sore and have been like this for almost 2 weeks now & i now have a preety bad flu; blocked nose, sneezing, feeling tired, and all the flu symptoms.. i have read online that it can be a symptom of early pregnancy? Is this true? I have not tested poisitive yet.. but i dont know when exacrly i ovulated but i havnt got my period for almost 7 weeks now :S
