Sore red lump on my nipple.

I don't know if its normal or not but I've developed a red spot like lump on my nipple and its really sore to touch. I've never breast fed and my breasts seemed to settle down on there own and don't leak anymore.
Is this normal?

I had the exact same thing yesterday. A spot on my nipple, it was really big too and did hurt. I was naughty and squeezed it though :/ nothing much came out but it's now back to normal. I thought it was really odd.

I bf and expressed in first 2 weeks. So at nearly 4 weeks I'm not sure what it was. The lumps around your nipples can get blocked though... I blame hormones
