Sorry ebay help....again

Hi ladies,

If you have opened a case because you haven't received an item how long should you leave for the seller to respond?

If you go to the resolution centre on your account and open the details of the case it should tell you. I think it might be 3 days. However ebay will be monitoring all communication between you and the seller anyway so if they don't respond ebay will close the case in your favour and refund you. Xx

Is usually 3 days, I had to open a case a while back and from memory took that time.

Definitely follow it up again pressing on the fact it's now been 6 days without a resolution... Hopefully you will then get a swift result.

Ebay should close the case very soon then cos its obvious they are not replying. Xx

Thanks ladies. Its bloody annoying because I really want the item - its a Justin Bieber perfume set for my cousins daughter and its the cheapest I've found!
