I combi feed but have recently increased the amount of formula I'm giving to LO but now his poo smells really sour. I've googled it and I can only find info about breastfed babies having this problem but its only started since I increased the formula quite a bit. I've started using hipp organic milk instead of sma so maybe it's that. Why is it sour smelling and do you think he's ok?
